The American Criminal Justice System Is Fundamentally Rotten
Clark: The American criminal justice system is fundamentally rotten. People are not going to take it anymore. We do think there should be a double standard where the police are concerned. You give a man a badge of stick in a gun and tell him to go out and police his fellow citizens, the bar should be set very, very high for him. And keep one thing in mind, if we eliminate qualified immunity, that doesn't mean that they're automatically liable.
