You Need to Calm Down Car

I think the biggest thing that I am taking away is creating time to switch off. If I know I have a stressful week coming up, prioritizing and like actually blocking out time can be really important. And also another key thing is exercise. It doesn't have to be like intense exercise, but like any body movement. You know how we did that little habit tracker of like 30 minutes of body movements? Like properly setting time for those when you're having a stressful week specifically where you know that you probably wouldn't have time to do that could be very important.
