The Importance of Eloise in the CIA

Eloise was head of scientific and technical operations at the CIA in 1950s. She played a large role in gathering intelligence on Soviet biological and nuclear weaponry. In 1973, she ended up getting quite a promotion because chief of station in Athens, Greece, was assassinated. And so some of the lessons that they learned during that time do end up being applied in later years.
