How Much Therapy Do You Need?
Some people are so addicted to self deceit that they will get a therapis that won't even help them. So, i think one way to make the most of therapy is actually to be honest with yourself about the kind of therapist you pick. There's level like honesty and integrity that you have to have in who you decide to a counsel you. I think another thing is, therapy cannot be your only therapy, or a therapis cannot be youronly therapy. But talking through what you and your therapist are discussing with in community, whith people that know you outside of the office, is helpful because they'll be able to expose or add color to the conversation we're having.
