"They're threatening you with obstruction. On top of that, they're telling you to be quiet," CNN's John Berman said. "It's not illegal for me to do so." The subpoena was pinned by the same U.S. attorney who told him he wasn't happy about his press release 20 months ago and it says this in the final paragraph before her signature: "Although you are not required to do so, you are requested not to disclose the existence of this subpoena"
