How to Get the Most Out of Your Hamstrings

If you've got proximal hamstring tendinopathy, find yourself a gym where there's a prone hamstring curl machine that'll do wonders for the conditions. A lot of gyms these days have gone a little bit more functional and they seem to have fewer and fewer machines. If you're in Sydney like me, the rain's been coming down all week so maybe get an extra session at the gym. I think we often neglect our hamstrings and our calves as well. An exercise I love working towards in early stage and mid stage management is a single leg biased hamstring bridge on your heels with knees bent only a small amount. So say about 20 degrees of knee bend and trying to work up
