heard jason everett say this aghginst, spot on. He says, we should take a whole listic interest in people's lives. We shouldn't just be interested in what we think's wrong about them? Because who's interested in listening to somebody who's only interested in what's wrong about themit's like the mormons at the door. They might be lovely fellowss, but you just know right away that they're interested in what they think is wrong about you, and they would like to change it. And so you're not that interested into acto them, because it's going to be exhausting. It's not gong to go anywhere anyway. Ye, you know. So tell us about this new book of yours. Oh, yes. Can you put a link to this below, neil? What's it called, and whats it about? It's

called the genesis of gender, a christian theory. And it's coming out from ignatius. what are thay to say? No, that's just, you know, jokes on you. Satan yo. Am, so this book is, am, it critiques what i call the gender paradime, which is is basically what a lot of people call gender idiology. So i draw on my own background in gender studies and feminist studies to articulate. So the genesis is kind of a double meaning, cause i articulate the genesis, or the history, of how the concept of gender developed and how it has come to mean what it currently means, which is basically nothing, or slash anything you want. So i i give the genesis of that development, and then i also compare that gender paradis to the genesis paradime, or the catholic understanding of reality a, and show how how those are fundamentally incompatible. Ami, ye, so that's basigly the book. Am, if you're, if you're looking for a christian or catholic perspective on everything that's happening genderwise in our culture, and how to better understand the kind of philosophical and historical background of that, and how to articulate why it doesn't mesh with catholicism, especially articulating that in positive terms. Am, so not just saying this is bad, but also saying, here's the catholic view, and here's why it's good, then you might like it. And you can order it. You can preorder it on the ignatious web site. Last i checked, it was on sale. It's also available on amazon the time being. We'll see. But im actually ignatius just one of my editors told me that it's a the number one new release in gender and sexuality in religious studies. No, like a very kind of niche thing, but apparently it's beating out a book called the trans talmud. Sohow.
