Is Sci-Fi an Inspirational Technology?

I think science fiction can have an enormous influence um Whether it's like just the specific device in a in some story Um, so it could be I don't know an example might be the tricorder and in star trek. And because you see it and you see what it does on screen or you read about it that could very well inspire people to want to build itUm In that sense, yeah, I think I think sci-fi has a inspirational role to play  That's the positive case and then and then the negative case.
