Tiny habits can work on any of those accidents. Motivation, ability and prompt are the three things that make a behavior happen. If you can remove motivation, then you'll stop using social media. You don't want to be tempted by notifications for this app or what have you? There's other things you can do, but they will all fit in one of those two categories.
