The Language Barrier That Precludes Afrohat From Being Aware of the Roman Empire

Afrohat seems aware of the Roman Empire, and he talks about the Roman Empire. He shows no awareness of the Nicene Creed or any of those theological topics whatsoever. So I get the impression that he like has the headlines of the major events that are happening in the Roman Empire but not much more. And it's just the language barrier that prevents him from being very aware of the theological developments going on from areas such as Athanasius.
