The Ego Sets Up These Expectations
There's some expectations, you know, we have to laugh at it, because we've all gone through these things. And what francis was sharing earlier, no, the ego, we, we did this to ourselves. We can't put it on mam and dad any more. I had another talk with a friend yesterday, and heard ed was telling her, don't come home until you have completed your, your university studies. Whow. That's some heavy duty stuff. But these are examples of expectations, rolls that the ego has set up. Christ did not set these rolls up. The holy spirit's helping us release these rolls and start to realize we're more than enough
