Is There a Cost to Using Space for Land?
There are, and strong towns is a very good example of like local communities getting together and pursuing change. There's lots of great information, lots of good arguments that can be made to pursue change. So if you're able to build an environment where you don't need one, especially in the desert Southwest, it allows for walkable urban environments with services within walking distance. Now we're getting into the thoughts and the cycles where it's like, okay, well now if building wealth is important in order for your future, right? Or even just having cash for a rainy day fund - these numbers start to become really important.
