The Effects of Extended Fasting on Lactate Levels

When you're eating your lactate is high, and if you fast for an extended period of time it's even lower. So not normal to fast your way to a zone to cardio lactate. The next graph I have for you is lactate after 12, 36 and 72 hours of complete fasting. And what you can see basically is that, first of all, none of this is statistically significant.
