Do You Have Any Considerations on Moving Over to a Dow?

The founder of lisk says he is considering switching to a 'dow' system. A dow would see everyone who holds the token vote on certain things, and can incentivei small teams making something possible by providing them with funds. But i don't think it's the right fit for lisk at the currentie here, according to Max Schmitz.
