Grief Is a Forever Thing

"There is no magic bullet here. There is no vaccine for grief," she says. "The more that you can accept that it's a forever thing and that waves are going to come, but then eventually, i promise you, they will go." The book offers so many things, from like the practical journal side of things to sort of insights you've gained from your own experience and your community's experience. How do people do that? I wish that i could come on this interview and say, 'I'vei've cracked the grief code'
