The Importance of Understanding Your Client's Utility Function
I think it is important to understand what your client's utility function is. What are they looking for? What do they expect from an investment? And that sort of informs the way that you explain things to them. The industry, well, if I told you about my models, I'd have to shoot you. That's sort of, I have to be massively secret. Can't tell you about it, I think that's wrong as an industry and it's their money. They know we have the right opportunity to tell them with how this is we're doing it. Well, that's inspirational. It's inspirational. I would love you to expand on the idea.
