I personally don't like to commit a year in advance because there's all kinds of life changes that can happen between now and then. Do you suggest a trial? Absolutely. I've only done one in 25 years where I didn't do a trial and I actually regretted it. It wasn't like a bright Zilla moment, it's just that our energy wasn't in sync. And let me tell you something, when I have somebody's trust, I can ultimately do a much better jobBecause we're in an energy space together that's conducive to that.
