The writers rooms are smaller and there's eight episodes, not 22. An overall deal would kind of let you work on a show, but then if the show ended, it would kind of cover you in between jobs. And those, aside from the JJs and Shondas, they're really not being me or they're not being given out anymore,. They're really going away. On top of these residual payments, which I mean, at the heyday of network, we were making ungodly amounts of money.
