For many years, i've had this problem where i would wake up after only six hours or six and a half or sometimes seven hours. I thought the key variable was letting your body determine when you were going to wake up, right? And i no longer believe that to be the case. There must be something about going to bed early that affects the quality of the sleep. In some sense, that made te i was aware of that, but i didn't act it out - so i didn't experience it.
