California Primary - Latino Voters Are a Substantial Block of Voters

This is the first California primary in a while without a credible Latino candidate. I assume that Latino voters are a priority of some order of magnitude for each of these three Democratic campaigns. Katie Porter has an early lead with Latinos, but it's 17% to shifts 10, to leaves seven. One challenge for all of these candidates is communicating with Latino voters.
