The Journey of a Data Analyst

When I joined Netlify, we were starting a data team from essentially scratch. And then as our data stack became more mature, it was possible to do more analysis with out making changes to our core TBT models. Then we were willing to branch into data analysts. Those are super different roles, but they were a reflection of different needs of the business at the point in time when they were hired and the different needs of those functions.
