St. Francis to Sales - A Simple Way of Intention and Attention

The Mass is a sacrifice and we want to offer spiritual sacrifice of our lives. We also want to think about the fact that the Mass is revelation. When we receive Holy Communion, we receive Him, body, blood, soul and divinity. The Eucharist is the height of these things. It's the beginning crisis, the beginning and the summit. So we ought to form our minds around that approach Mass around those, around those points.
