How Do You Feel About Annual Planning?

This is your second third time doing annual planning in your in your current role. This is the third time doing it, but I feel like it's honestly the first time properly doing it. Is there a part of the process that you've found the most challenging, like, or a part that you don't enjoy as much as other parts? Yeah. Also I think I just personally really struggle with that because I'm way too overly optimistic around what can get done and that comes back to buy me sometimes.
