The Rigularis Triad of Symptoms

The Rigularis Triad consists of bowel obstruction, a gallstone seen in the intestine on plain film imaging and pneumonia as well. This is actually not a true ilius, but rather a small bowel obstruction caused by a gallstone that is typically lodged at the IC valve. The answer is going to be make your outer anatomy and get the stone out and relieve the obstruction and get out. If they're larger than 18 millimeters, you treat as gallbladder cancer until proven otherwise.
