Born in 1994, Vitalik Buterin is a Canadian programmer. At the age of 18, Vitalik won a bronze medal in the International Olympiad for Informatics. In 2014, he opted out of university to work on Ethereum full time. Since then, Vitalik has published numerous articles, ranging from cryptography to philosophy. Vitalik’s passion project is devising new ways of financing public goods. Vitalik has made Time magazine’s list of the 100 most influential people of 2021.
