The First Isaiahanye

The first book of isaiah seems to have four distinct sections a that we talked about. The prophits, i think the reason we don't read the prophets more, or spend more time in the prophits is because it doesn't suit our western sensibilities well. We kind of just use the prophets when we think they're handy to prove who jesus is, or to foreshadow the coming of the messiah, or different things like that. But there was a work written by abraham joshua heschel, one of his best known books as the prophets. Some are going to say it's the first pieces of hebrew literature that were actually ever collected
