The Quality of Conversation in a Systems Design and Architecture

The quality of conversation doesn't mean that we all just get along and have a lot of agreement in fact that may be one of the worst communication structures we can have. Argumentation doesn't mean adversarial, it's very collective. And then if you design doing that with different domain points of view, like so you do that with people who will see this, the system very differently,. Then you get something sound in the middle, something that has cohesion. It still won't be perfect and it still can't be right because you don't know, but it'll be sound for most cases.
