How to Succeed in the Hardware Industry
Michael: So many agencies out there are trying to be everything to everybody that they don't appeal to anybody. And so Rand why the hardware business were you already representing a few hardware stores and flagstaff in the area and you said hey this is an underrepresented clientele we can do this or how to come about. You know when I was doing this I was helping add agencies switch from more of an outbound new business program to more of an inbound and one of the ways to do that is to create a niche blog. It allowed us to drill down much much further than they were before.
