Is the Flue Vaccine Safe?

It is one of our circulating viruses forever. Unless we come up with some new technology to eradicate it, it's going to be there forever. People do still get sick who are vulnerable, but we don't get mass pandemic level fatality. And in fact, it turns out kids don't get that sick in general.
