How to Build a Successful SWP

The six B's of SWP can really help inform an SWP for the workforce. The first step is mobilizing data, insights and people to work on that SWP approach. Then you move onto your supply and demand. And from that we look at any trends that might be occurring around attrition or hiring rates. Step five then moves onto the actual strategic development. So what is the strategy that I'm going to put in place in my organisation to manage those gaps, mitigate the risks and make sure I can achieve my plans of the future?Step six is obviously the main one which is implement those actions. That includes project planning, change management and implementing the actions that we've agreed.
