"I feel like we've talked about this for like two years ago or something. And I think what we really need is to find like a singular focus that the whole team can push forwards and just always have like basically a singular focus on one thing until that thing is in a good place, then we want the next thing," he said. "We haven't made as much progress as we would have liked in certain areas." He added: "Just physically we just don't have enough resources to simultaneously do big things in two areas"
