The Constitutional Responsibility of the Senate Intelligence Committee

Sen. Marco Rubio says he's happy to report that 99.5% of the documents found at former President Trump's properties have been declassified. The Senate Intelligence Committee has not yet had access to some of the documents, but is working on a plan for when it might be able to do so. He said there were equities involved with the Justice Department investigation into whether or not any classified information was mishandled by Obama administration officials. "I don't even think in my line of work I will turn down an opportunity to look at these documents"
