Are There Any Milestones to Progress From Heavy to Dynamic?
When do you progress from heavy, slow resistance to the faster sort of activity? When you have decent strength and decent strength endurance. So we would again, use a combination of what can you achieve in the gym. And then once their training wile, you ease them back into competition. But it's always controlled the whole way through. It's always about progressive loading. If if x is good and not flaring in the next day, x plus one is your next load. And so you have to be thoughtful. You have to understand what exercises, how exercises affect tendons. A low tendon load or high tendon load are going to make people sick. People all the time get sick
