The Machine Takes on Grief

I think with our creative output that that people make, it never is born whole, right? It's always, I mean, if you write every day, you're picking up a pebble and carrying it. And in fact, so much of it, I think is guided by that's part of me as a writer. Like one thing I've learned over the years, it's such a hard thing to learn is you just have to trust that your brain is doing smart things without you knowing.
