How to Be a Successful CPO
I feel like there's so many CPOs that are on this journey to do something similar, having gone through. What advice would you give other CPOs on the journey? I think probably three things. Pick a partner that you really feel comfortable with. Just start the conversations. It can be awkward if it's not part of the culture. Once people start talking about their challenges, they're surprised how supportive others can be.
