Having a New Year's Resolution, Is That Really a Good Idea?

i think once you hate it more than you like it, that is that it helps. If you don't have an intra structure in place to remove that thing from your life, you're not really fully committed. It's not just persuading people with health facts, or like ena taking cigarettes out of sliced alone movies. That probably helps, but i think it's also that there's fewer situations where that is accepted, celebrated and approved of. And that that pressure overtime, i think, helps make part of the difference.
