Is There More Fluidity to Power in These Spaces?
i was just interested in how you think those ideas of justice change, and what kind of processes or vo s affect the evolution of that concept. And i suppose that fluidity is interesting for when you talk a little bit later about how justice, and ideas of justice shift throughout that tribunal process. The book builds on the last while, two of the points that we've already been discussing, which is the shifting emphasis an or roll, of indictments, and also the shifting roll of the witnesses. I think thisk a shift towards a much more broad based, helistic understanding of justice, a weak form of restorative justice's much more narrower understanding of retributive justice.
