Introduction
Mark Meadows, the former White House Chief of Staff for Donald Trump, has been subpoenaed by the Special Counsel. The railroad officials behind that toxic train derailment just backed out of a town hall meeting tonight because of what they say are threats to their employees. In another close call on the runway, we're just learning of a jet and a cargo plane almost colliding last month in Honolulu. Why are these near disasters happening?
