What Is Obscene to Miners?

In virginia, there's a different ation. A former congressional member is trying to seek a ban on the sale of certain books that he says are obscene. So this would be stripping the right to sell a book from a barns and noble, or you can't sell this book to a miner. Is that different? Yes, it is. We are talking not just about the government choosing what to include in its school library much less school curriculum. Its choosing what private parties can distribute to other private parties in public places.
