Is the US Economy Really Doing Pretty Good?

The US economy added about a half a million jobs in January. Mortgage rates have finally started coming down, inflation is cooling and wage growth is up from last year. People are still quitting their jobs at a high rate, which means workers feel like they can find something else. There are still a lot of job openings,. maybe not as many as there were a year ago, but there are still a lots of jobs available.
