What's the Black Hat?

Great ideas can come from absolutely stupid, for sure. When my wife used to work in my business with me, i would be generating ideas with green hat thinking and she just have a black hat on,. And her idea was, if, if they can't stand up to it, they're not very good. While in reality, an oak tree grows from tiny, tiny sprout coming out of the ground. You've got to give it time to become established. So, black hat thinking is not ever done by anyone during the creative phase. Black hat thinking is when you've got the final idea to make sure it will stand up to any ne whateverin.
