How to Turn Technology Commercialized Into a Product

How do you avoid becoming a totally customized solution for one client at a time? I think we've always known that we wanted to be a platform. We just on the way of getting there like to get healthy eyes as many people to use healthy eyes to protect the next billion. It was always there, but it didn't really kind of reach its clarity until we actually started seeing people use it. Then when you saw that, then you knew, oh, this could be platformized. This could be kind of like structured in a way where it does not require like redevelopment every time or anything like that.
