The key is not to overthink it, but look at each person that reports to the executive team and just ask how are they performing today? A, B or C? And how, what is their potential? Because in smaller companies, it's not always a huge promotion that somebody gets. You know, is the person that helped us figure out our initial supply chain going to be the one who can craft a global supply chain issue across different geography.
