Wendy: One of the most important things is to find like minds where you are. I couldn't keep doing this work if I weren't optimistic that we can change. We're at an inflection point for medicine, given the exodus of both nurses and doctors in the past two years or three years. That doesn't mean that it's finished. But even changes that you may advocate for that you don't see, some of those changes will accrue to people who come five or 10 or 15 years after you.
