Custom Website Designers Can't Sell Anything They Want, Says Colorado.

The state of Colorado sees the issue totally differently. They say, look, the website designer can sell anything she wants. What she can't do is choose her customers based on their characteristics. So in Colorado's view, this isn't about speech at all. And Colorado is particularly worried about allowing what it calls an exemption.
