The best way to get strong, I would argue is doing barbell training in a progressive manner. And the sand and all that kind of stuff, that's really all that research has been done, sport specific anyways. That's all people playing football or Frisbee or wrestling on the beach. They found this just been,. it's just been really helpful for your nervous system to manage that stuff. It always, it always depends and the biggest determining factor is how far along you are on your performance curve in terms of strength and your performance Curve in terms of skill.
