GitHub Actions: How to Watch Progress

A lot of my workflows have moved over to GitHub actions. There's actually three projects that I thought were neat and they're all kind of in the GitHub action genre. Watch GHA is a just a simple tool to watch your GitHub action progress from a command line. InX build and inspect Python package can be used to test some building with Pip install.
