Selling a dark asset that still has a lease in place for selling, you know, something that's open and operating is a big difference in pricing. Most of these people don't want to buy a dark building knowing their tenant doesn't want to be there. So it's not always a bad thing. You can still collect the rent for the next eight years. But again, the yield a little bit higher cause it's a little more risky.
