What Makes December So Challenging?

I feel like you do a very good job of cultivating a radical honesty. You're comfortable with a certain kind of casualness that i think allows you to speak directly to people. And where does that come from, and how intentional is that? I mean, just like fumbling a contract, having a lot of contracts to sign,. Like just structuring a equity deal in my business. All those things sort of pile up. January's been abasing. There's these ebbs and flows of life. Sometimes it's heavy, sometimes it's lighter. Its like good music.
