Intentional Learners - Is That Deliberate Practice?
Bob, dan and myself have talked a lot about how we have our intentional learners. We can jump start that process with good story telling and art. Mat yew spoke about deliberate practice which is something you have to set aside time to do. One of the findings there was, there is a specific type of practice which is very focused on small units. You focus on little bits and really work at it until you get it right.
